SharePoint 2010: Error 7043 "Load control template file /_controltemplates/TaxonomyPicker.ascx failed"

While running my first Site Collection, I noticed the following exception in the Event Viewer on the SharePoint 2010 server:

SharePoint 2010: Error 7043 "Load control template file /_controltemplates/TaxonomyPicker.ascx failed"

Appeared to be a certain typo or encoding character inside the UserControl causing this problem, here is the fix: KB2481844
