&lt;li&gt;The file you are downloading is nothing but a windows application project.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It can be opened only by using Visual Studio 2005.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The code is written in C#.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;All you have to do to run this application, is to press F5 :D.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When you the tool configures your provider files, you can always go to C:\ProviderModelFiles folder and find your configured files there.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
