The imported project "C:\Program Files\MSBuild\Microsoft\StyleCop\v4.3\Microsoft.Style.Targets" was not found ....

I was trying to open a Project for one of the Telerik source code projects and got the above error. All what I had to do is just make sure VS SP1 is installed. That's it. Hope this helps you, Regards
